TOTAL REQUEST WAS $98,000 OF WHICH VA WILL PAY HALF OR $49,000 AND SVH WILL CONTRIBUTE THE OTHER $49,000. $15,000 MVH HAS UTILIZED THE EMPLOYEE RETENTION SURVEY COMPONENT OF THE RETAIN SOFTWARE AT 15, 30, 60, 90 DAYS, PLUS 1 YEAR TO BETTER TRACK EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION ACROSS OUR STATE WIDE FOOTPRINT. $80,500 FOR REFERRAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM 19 RNS AND 65 CNAS. CURRENT MVH EMPLOYEES WOULD BE ABLE TO EARN, BASED ON POSITION, A REFERRAL INCENTIVE UP TO $1,500 PER SUCCESSFULLY REFERRED CANDIDATE. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE INCENTIVE, THE REFERRED CANDIDATE MUST SUCCESSFULLY INTERVIEW AND PASS ALL PRE-SCREENING MEASURES AND BACKGROUND CHECK. REFERRAL INCENTIVES WILL BE PAID ONE-THIRD AT HIRE AND THE BALANCE UPON CANDIDATE’S SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF 90 DAYS. IN RECOGNITION OF SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING THE FIRST 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT, MVH WILL BE OFFERING EACH EMPLOYEE A RECOGNITION GIFT EACH VALUED AT $35.00 FOR A TOTAL OF $2,500.
