The Cadmus Corporation has as its mission the support, financially through charitable donations, administratively through volunteer assistance, and educationally through workshops and courses, activities in the Southern New Hampshire area and elsewhere that are an extension and elaboration of the original work of Dr. Rudolf Steiner, Austrian philosopher, scientist and artist (1862-1925). This includes Waldorf Education; Bio-dynamic Agriculture; Steiners Spiritual Science, or Anthroposophy, which concerns a modern path of spiritual self-development; an Anthroposophically-extended approach to medicine and the care of the developmentally disabled; and new artistic impulses and new social forms inspired out of the worldview of Anthroposophy. Agricultural work includes acquisition and holding of farm and or conservation land for food production and the benefit of the community and environment.
