THE PROJECT WORK INCLUDES IDENTIFYING AND INSPIRING A LOCAL CULTURE AND COMMUNITY OF TECH INNOVATION; CREATING AND IMPLEMENTING A SCALABLE TECHNOLOGY INCUBATOR PROGRAM; AND DEVELOPING A FORMAL NETWORK OF MENTORS AND REGIONAL INVESTORS WHO WILL PROVIDE TECH ENTREPRENEURS WITH THE HUMAN AND FINANCIAL CAPITAL THEY NEED TO GROW AND SCALE THEIR BUSINESSES.
