THE FACILITY WOULD BE USED FOR PROVIDING CANCER CARE TO PATIENTS. IF FUNDS ARE DISTRIBUTED IN SEPTEMBER, WORK WOULD BEGIN IN OCTOBER OF 2023 WITH AN EXPECTED COMPLETION IN APRIL OF 2024.
