BOSTON CHILDREN'S MUSEUM IS A WELCOMING, IMAGINATIVE, CHILD-CENTERED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT SUPPORTS DIVERSE FAMILIES IN NURTURING THEIR CHILDREN'S CREATIVITY AND CURIOSITY. THE MUSEUM'S WEE ONES WEDNESDAY PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN 0-2 AND THEIR PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS, AS WELL AS SENSORY-FRIENDLY SESSIONS FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES, WILL INCLUDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FROM PRACTITIONERS IN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, PHYSICAL THERAPY, SPEECH PATHOLOGY, AND CHILD PSYCHOLOGY. THE MUSEUM ALSO WILL CREATE A SUPPORT GROUP FOR PARENTS WITH CHILDREN 0-3 ADVISED BY CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND CHILD PSYCHOLOGY PROFESSIONALS.
