THE TYPES OF SERVICES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, A HOME-BASED CHILD CARE PROGRAM, JOB SEARCH AND PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES AND FINANCIAL STABILITY PROGRAMS FOR FAMILIES.
