FENWAY CDC IMPROVED THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING OF LOW-INCOME AND MODERATE-INCOME RESIDENTS. WE HELPED THEM ACCESS AFFORDABLE HOUSING, SOCIAL SERVICES, EDUCATION, JOB SKILLS TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL COACHING, FRESH HEALTHY FOOD, HEALTH & WELLNESS PROGRAMS, AND COMMUNITY EVENTS. FENWAY CDC CONTINUED TO PROVIDE CRITICAL SERVICES TO HELP COMMUNITY RESIDENTS BUILD STRONGER PATHWAYS TO ECONOMIC SECURITY. THROUGH CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS, WE CONTINUED TO PRESERVE AND CREATE AFFORDABLE HOUSING, PREVENT EVICTION AND HOMELESSNESS, AND ADVOCATE FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY'S HOUSING POLICY TO ENSURE AFFORDABILITY CITYWIDE.
