South Boston Community Health Center is a full service health care facility that serves the South Boston Community. With a staff of over 150, The Health Center provides approximately 70,000 visits a year to residents of the South Boston and surrounding communities. The mission of the Health Center is to provide health care to all who need it. We are affiliated with some of the best hospitals and educational institutions in the world with Boston Medical Center being our primary affiliation. Our services include medical and specialty care, urgent care, dental, eyecare, behavioral health, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy.
