THIS IS A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY WITH A FOCUS ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SERVING INNER-CITY SOUTH DORCHESTER, A TWO SQUARE MILE AREA THAT IS BOSTON'S LARGEST NEIGHBORHOOD. CSNDC SEEKS SUPPORT UNDER THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROGRAM TARGET AREA FOR THE AGENCY'S ENERGY RETROFIT PROGRAM.
