OUR PROPOSED GEOGRAPHIC AREA IS THE LAWRENCE, MASSACHUSETTS CATCHMENT AREA, WHICH INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING CITIES AND TOWNS: CITY OF LAWRENCE, TOWN OF ANDOVER, TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER AND CITY OF METHUEN. THE SERVICES FOR THE CCBHC PROJECT WILL BE DELIVERED IN OUR LAWRENCE OUTPATIENT CLINIC LOCATION AT 12 METHUEN STREET IN LAWRENCE, MA.
