PROVIDE IMPROVED OR ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL REFERENCE MATERIAL TO THE STUDENT GROUPS SO IDENTIFIED. AWARD PRIZES, HONORARIA OR OTHER FORMS OF RECOGNITION FOR INTELLECTUAL ACHIEVEMENT TO THAT STUDENT GROUP.
