THIS FINANCIAL SUPPORT WILL ASSIST HOUSING COUNSELING AGENCIES TO INCREASE THE USE OF PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL AND STATE-WIDE ORGANIZATIONS AND SHOULD RESULT IN AN INCREASED NUMBER OF COUNSELOR TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS. SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED BASED ON THE NUMBER OF COUNSELORS TRAINED, AS THE TRAINING PROVIDED WILL COUNT TOWARD CONTINUING HOUSING COUNSELING EDUCATION REQUIRED UNDER THE HOUSING COUNSELING PROGRAM RULES.; INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: HOUSING COUNSELORS WITHIN THE HUD HOUSING COUNSELING PROGRAM NETWORK. ; SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES: THE SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES ARE UNKNOWN AT THE TIME OF AWARD.
