PARTNERS IN RHODE ISLAND ARE TRAINING NEW ENTRANTS, PARTNERS IN MASSACHUSETTS ARE TRAINING UNDER-SKILLED DECKHANDS, AND PARTNERS IN NEW HAMPSHIRE ARE TRAINING NEW CAPTAINS.
