As an independent voice for healthcare quality and an advocate for the importance of listening to patients, we provide unbiased data and trusted insights that provides deep understanding of patient and provider experiences, equipping healthcare organizations with the data and knowledge needed to improve performance. We share our findings with decision-makers to inform policy and drive system-level change, and we bring stakeholders together to break down silos and foster collaboration across healthcare institutions.
