ACTIVITIES FUNDED BY GRANT: JOB TRAINING, RESUME SUPPORTS, SKILLS ASSESSMENT, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, HOUSING, JOB PLACEMENT, INTENDED BENEFICIARIES OF THE PROJECT:VETERANS EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS, INCARCERATED VETERANS, WOMEN VETERANS, AND HOMELESS VETERANS WITH CHILDREN OUTCOMES OF THE PROJECT:SERVICE TO 65 VETERANS IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EMPLOYMENT SERVICES, JOB TRAINING, HOUSING SUPPORTS, AND OTHER SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. KEY PARTNERSHIPS:PARTNERSHIPS INCLUDE DIRECT LINKAGES TO THE HOUSING COLLECTIVE (COC), SSVF, HUD-VASH, AND THE VA HOSPITAL. SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES: APPLIED BEHAVIORAL REHABILITATION INSTITUTE, INC DBA HOMES FOR THE BRAVE RECIPIENT OF OTHER FUNDING:LEVERAGE FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT IS PROVIDED BY REVENUE FROM GOODWILL OF WESTERN AND NORTHERN CT S RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS, AS WELL AS FROM HOMES FOR THE BRAVE FUNDING.
