MERCY HOME'S MISSION IS TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES THROUGH THE RECOGNITION OF EACH PERSON'S INHERENT DIGNITY AND RIGHT TO A LIFE FILLED WITH LEARNING AND LOVE.
