PROVIDES GUIDE AND SERVICE DOGS FREE OF CHARGE TO PROVIDE INCREASED INDEPENDENCE, ENHANCED MOBILITY, AND COMPANIONSHIP TO PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND, VISUALLY IMPAIRED OR HAVE OTHER DISABLITIES.
