WE HOLD IN REVERENTIAL ESTEEM THE SANCTITY OF LIFE ALTHOUGH MENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS MAY EXIST, THE LIFE OF EVERY HUMAN BEING IS CONSIDERED SACRED.
