ITS GOAL IS TO ENABLE SHELTER FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES WITH SUPPORT SERVICES FOR LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH HIV/AIDS IN SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY. OUR GOAL IS TO ENABLE PARTICIPANTS TO LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE POSSIBLE.
