ASC?S TARGET POPULATION FOR SERVICE DELIVERY IS HIGH-RISK HETEROSEXUAL MEN AND WOMEN, AGES 13 TO 64, WITH A FOCUS ON BLACK AND LATINO IMMIGRANTS (PRIMARILY AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN), INCLUDING WOMEN INVOLVED IN SEX WORK, WOMEN AND YOUNG WOMEN WITH A HISTORY OF TRAUMA, SEXUAL, EMOTIONAL, OR PHYSICAL ABUSE, AND WOMEN AND YOUNG WOMEN IN SEXUAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS WHOSE STATUS IS UNKNOWN OR ARE IN SERO-DISCORDANT RELATIONSHIPS.
