GRANT RECIPIENTS MAY ALSO CHOOSE TO FOCUS SERVICES TO VETERANS TRANSITIONING FROM INCARCERATION, HOMELESS FEMALE VETERANS AND/OR HOMELESS VETERANS WITH CHILDREN. SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES RECIPIENTS GENERALLY DON'T SUB-AWARD FUNDS.
