A MINIMUM OF 100 UNEMPLOYED UNDEREMPLOYED MARGINALIZED ADULT LEARNERS WILL BE SERVED.OF THE 100 LEARNERS, 30 STUDENTS WILL SIT FOR AND PASS THE STATE ASSESSMENT RELATED TO SPECIFIC WORKFORCE TRAINING (I.E.
