THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ADVOCATE, COMMUNICATE, ENGAGE IN COALITION BUILDING, AND SUPPORT QUALITY TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT CONDUCIVE TO THE GROWTH OF PENNSYLVANIA'S CHARTER MOVEMENT, AND PROVIDE SERVICES TO ITS CHARTER SCHOOL MEMBERS AIMED AT INCREASING SCHOOL QUALITY, ENHANCING STUDENT PERFORMANCE, AND IMPROVING INTERNAL OPERATIONS.
