DESCRIPTION:THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES FUNDING TO THE ADDISON COUNTY COMMUNITY TRUST TO IMPLEMENT ITS PROJECT TO PROVIDE FOR WASTEWATER COLLECTION AND TREATMENT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE LINDALE MOBILE HOME PARK AS DIRECTED IN THE 2022 CONSOLIDATED APPROPRIATIONS ACT.ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED INVOLVE THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW COMMUNITY WASTEWATER SEPTIC SYSTEM TO TREAT DOMESTIC SEWAGE FROM THE LINDALE MOBILE HOME PARK.SUBRECIPIENT:NO SUBAWARDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT.OUTCOMES:THROUGH THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW COMMUNITY SEPTIC SYSTEM, THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLE IS IMPROVED WASTEWATER QUALITY FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE MOBILE HOME PARK AS WELL AS THE SURROUNDING NATURAL ENVIRONMENT WHICH IS EXPECTED TO LEAD TO AN IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE EXISTING RESIDENTS LIVING WITHIN THE PARK PROPERTY.
