The purpose of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. is to develop and perpetuate scholarship, leadership, citizenship, fidelity, and brotherhood among men to engage in cultural, educational, and service activities that will provide economic, scholastic, and social enrichment, particularly for people of color and to prepare the brotherhood of the Fraternity for future leadership and professional advancement opportunities through networking, training, and development.
