UNION COMMUNITY CARE IS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER THAT PROVIDES MEDICAL CARE, URGENT CARE, DENTAL CARE, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, SOCIAL SUPPORT, AND PHARMACY SERVICES THROUGHOUT LANCASTER AND LEBANON COUNTIES. OUR PURPOSE IS TO SPARK EQUITY THROUGH PATIENT-LED HEALTHCARE THAT WELCOMES AND STRENGTHENS OUR COMMUNITIES BY INTEGRATING BODY, MIND, AND HEART.
