DESPITE SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROMOTION OF AN EARLY CAREER CERTIFICATION, THE CERTIFIED MANAGER OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES (CMCP), DEVELOPED BY THE VENTURE WITH CORPORATE REAL ESTATE EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROFESSIONALS, THE CMCP DID NOT FIND A VIABLE MARKETPLACE. AS A RESULT, THE BCI WAS DISSOLVED JUNE 13, 2024, IN MARYLAND. AS A RESULT OF THE DISSOLUTION, BOMI IS SHOWING AN EXPENSE ON ITS 990 BASED ON ITS DECISION TO FORGIVE A NOTE PAYABLE TO BCI DUE TO THE VENTURE'S INSOLVENCY. |
