DESCRIPTION OF ORGANIZATION MISSION:QUEEN OF THE VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER FOUNDATION IS THE FUNDRAISING ENTITY FOR QUEEN OF THE VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER, WHICH IS A HOSPITAL FACILITY OF ST. JOSEPH HEALTH NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, LLC, A LEGAL ENTITY IN THE PROVIDENCE ST. JOSEPH HEALTH SYSTEM.
