PHA WILL EXPAND TREATMENT FOR THOSE WITH SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS AND CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS TARGETING TREATMENTS TO ADDRESS CRIMINOGENIC RISKS AND NEEDS AND SPECIALIZED SUPPORT FOR PARENTS OF MINOR CHILDREN AND PREGNANT AND POSTPARTUM WOMEN.AN EVALUATION WILL BE CONDUCTED BY JOHNNIE MCKINLEY ASSOCIATES, LLC, AN OFFICE OF MINORITY AND WOMENS BUSINESS ENTERPRISES ENTITY.
