THE TRAINING IS 24 DAYS WHERE THEY EARN A CNA CERTIFICATION. EMPLOYMENT AND CAREER SERVICES SUCH AS JOB PREPARATION, CAREER EXPLORATION, WORK READINESS, ALLOWS PARTICIPANTS TO EXPLORE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES TO ADDRESS SPECIFIC WORKFORCE CHALLENGES AND BARRIERS FACED BY YOUTH OFFENDERS TO PREPARE THEM FOR JOBS.
