THE NATIONAL ADVANCED MOBILITY CONSORTIUM, INC. IS A MEMBERSHIP BASED, NATIONWIDE ALLIANCE OF TRADITIONAL AND NONTRADITIONAL DEFENSE CONTRACTORS (NDC), ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS, AND OTHER RESEARCH ORGANIZATIONS INVOLVED WITH RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACROSS THE COMPLETE RANGE OF PROTOTYPE, GROUND VEHICLE SYSTEM, SUB-SYSTEM, AND COMPONENT TECHNOLOGIES. THE PRINCIPLE PURPOSE OF THE NATIONAL ADVANCED MOBILITY CONSORTIUM, INC. IS TO ATTRACT NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND SPUR DEVELOPMENT OF BASIC AND ADVANCED PROTOTYPES WHICH ARE CRITICAL TO THE DOD'S NEAR AND LONG TERM GVS TECHNOLOGY GOALS AND OBJECTIVES.
