A TOTAL OF 19 VISTA MEMBERS WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE GOALS OF THE PROJECT BY WORKING TO DEVELOP SUSTAINABLE SYSTEMS AND STRATEGIES FOR VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT, TRAINING, AND RETENTION EFFORTS; FUNDRAISING; RESEARCH AND EVALUATION; AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT OVER THE COURSE OF ONE YEAR.
