WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING FUNDS IN ORDER TO SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA OF TEACHING JEWISH ETHICS AND CULTURE INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR THE TEACHINGS OF THE BIBLE AND TALMUD AND JEWISH TRADITIONS AND THE HISTORY OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE AND THE LAND OF ISRAEL. THOSE SUPPORTED EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDE SUCH ACTIVITIES CARRIED ON IN THE U.S.A., ISRAEL AND POTENTIALLY EUROPE. SUPPORT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE GOVERNMENT (TAX AUTHORITY) RECOGNIZED AND CERTIFIED NOT-FOR-PROFIT ENTITIES RECOGNIZED AS QUALIFIED EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. FINANCIAL SUPPORT IS TO BE DIRECTED TO THE AREAS OF THEIR EDUCATIONSL PROGRAMMING AND SCHOOL FACILITIES. THOSE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS INCLUDE COURSES OF STUDY AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEVEL,HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL AND POST HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL.
