THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN RIGOROUS ACADEMIC CONTENT THROUGH REAL-WORLD PROBLEM SOLVING. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS THROUGH REAL-WORLD LEARNING, ROBUST COMMUNITY, AND PERSONAL GROWTH, EMPOWER YOUNG ADULTS TO PURSUE A LIFE OF SECURITY, CONNECTION, AND PURPOSE. THE ORGANIZATION CHALLENGES STUDENTS TO KNOW THEMSELVES, SEEK AND LEVERAGE OPPORTUNITIES THAT ALIGN WITH THEIR INTERESTS AND GOALS, DEVELOP SKILLS THAT LET THEM SUCCEED IN A WIDE RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SETTINGS, AND DRAW PRODUCTIVE AND ACTIONABLE LESSONS FROM THEIR EXPERIENCES.
