(SEE SCHEDULE O)SINCE 2009, EAST COUNTY TRANSITIONAL LIVING CENTER HAS BEEN TIRELESSLY COMMITTED TO BREAKING THE CYCLE OF HOMELESSNESS, ADDICTION, POVERTY, AND DESPAIR IN THE LIVES OF HURTING PEOPLE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY OUR TEAM OF HIGHLY RELATIONAL AND JOYFUL SERVANTS.ECTLC IS A HAND UP, NOT A HAND OUT. OUR GUIDELINES FOR THOSE WHO ARE READY TO CHANGE ARE FIRM, AND THEY WORK. 80% OF THE MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE COMPLETED OUR 1-YEAR PROGRAM REMAIN ADDICTION-FREE AND IN HOUSING.
