EACH OF THESE OFFICERS AND HIGHEST COMPENSATED EMPLOYEE ARE A W-2 EMPLOYEE OF THE ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION AND RECEIVES A SINGLE PAYCHECK FROM THE ALZHEIMER'S ASSOCIATION. HOWEVER, WAGES, BENEFITS AND RELATED TAXES ARE ALLOCATED BETWEEN THE TWO ORGANIZATIONS BASED ON TIME DEDICATED TO EACH.
