THE REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION'S SOUTHEAST DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (RPC) OF NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA HAS BEEN AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OF THIS EDA INVESTMENT. OURNOLA FUND WILL TARGET COMPANIES THAT DO NOT FIT THE MOLD FOR TRADITIONAL EARLY-STAGE ANGEL OR PRE-VC EQUITY FUNDING, WHICH CREATES CHALLENGES TO SECURING SUBSEQUENT FUNDING FROM OTHER INSTITUTIONAL INVESTMENT VEHICLES.
