IN 2011 RESPIRE HAITI BUILT AND OPENED A NEW SCHOOL FOR THE COMMUNITY OF GRESSIER HAITI WHICH NOW TEACHES OVER 500 STUDENTS. A MEDICAL CLINIC HAS ALSO BEEN BUILT. THE MAJORITY OF STUDENTS ARE ORPHANS OR RESTAVEKS (CHILD SLAVE LABORERS). THE SCHOOL PROVIDES UNIFORMS, BOOKS, MATERIALS, MEALS TO THE STUDENTS. SEVEN SMALL BUILDINGS HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED TO HOUSE THE SCHOOL, THE MEDICAL CLINIC, VISITING DOCTORS AND NURSES, ETC. ENGLISH AND HEALTH CLASSES ARE ALSO TAUGHT TO THE PEOPLE OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
