THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PERSERVING AND CREATING, ON A NON-PROFIT BASIS, HOUSING PROJECTS FOR PERSONS OF LOW AND MODERATE INCOME.
