SPECIFICALLY, IBJ WORKS TO GUARANTEE ALL CITIZENS THE RIGHT TO COMPETENT LEGAL REPRESENTATION, THE RIGHT TO BE PROTECTED FROM CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT, AND THE RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL.
