PURPOSE OF AWARD SUMMARY OF THE GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT THIS AGREEMENT SUPPORTS NPS VEGETATION RESTORATION WORK BY PROVIDING PLANT MATERIALS SEED, CONTAINERIZED STOCK AND TECHNICAL ADVICE FROM LOCAL RESTORATION PRACTITIONERS SUMMARY OF PROJECT SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES RIM TO RIM RESTORATION WILL GROW AND HARVEST NATIVE SEED FOR TARGET RESTORATION AND POLLINATOR SPECIES, AS WELL AS CONTAINERIZED STOCK FOR OUT PLANTING THEY WILL CARE FOR AND PROPAGATE PLANTS SALVAGED FROM NPS CONSTRUCTION SITES AS NEEDED THEY WILL ALSO CONDUCT SITE VISITS, CONSULT AND PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR NPS RESTORATION PROJECTS PERFORMANCE GOALS INCLUDING MILESTONES AND EXPECTED OUTCOMES OVERARCHING GOAL IS TO SUPPLY NATIVE PLANT MATERIALS FOR WORKHORSE RESTORATION SPECIES AND OTHERS SUCH AS THOSE FOR POLLINATORS OR IMPORTANT FOR WILDLIFE THROUGH SEED INCREASE, GROW OUTS OF CONTAINER PLANTS FOR USE BY NPS IN THEIR INCREASE OPERATIONS AND REVEGETATION PROJECTS ADDITIONAL OBJECTIVE IS CARE AND PROPAGATION OF NPS SALVAGED PLANT AS NEEDEDS NPS RESTORATION PROJECT OUTCOMES WILL BE FURTHER IMPROVED BY ASSISTANCE FROM RRR IN TECHNICAL ADVICE AND PROJECT PLANNING BENEFICIARIES CANYONLANDS AND ARCHES NATIONAL PARKS, RIM TO RIM RESTORATION, OTHER LOCAL PUBLIC LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCIES INDIRECTLY
