ITS PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS TO PROVIDE EXHIBITS AND PROGRAMMING TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHICH ILLUMINATE THE HISTORY AND UNDERSTANDING OF FOOD AND DRINK CULTURE.
