THE NEW CONSTRUCTION SITE WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 6,600 SQUARE FEET AND CONTAIN FIVE MEDICAL EXAM ROOMS, FIVE DENTAL OPERATORIES AND A COUNSELING ROOM FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES. A PATIENT AND STAFF ADA-ACCESSIBLE 49-SPACE PARKING LOT (APPROXIMATELY 20,000 SQUARE FEET) WILL ACCOMPANY THE BUILDING ON THE SAME PLOT OF LAND. CPF/CDS WILL FUND THE FOLLOWING CONSTRUCTION TASKS/ITEMS: CONCRETE-PRECAST, MASONRY, STEEL, CARPENTRY, DOORS, GLASS, GLAZING, FIRE PROTECTION, PLUMBING, HVAC SYSTEMS, ELECTRICAL, AND THERMAL MOIST PROTECTION. THESE ITEMS COMPRISE THE COMPLETE $2,000,000 OF FUNDS AWARDED. THE REMAINING CONSTRUCTION-RELATED TASKS/ITEMS INCLUDING BUT LIMITED TO DRYWALL, FLOORING, PAINT, ROOFING, ETC.
