LCTCS STRIVES TO INCREASE THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOUISIANA'S WORKFORCE TO SUCCEED THROUGH SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAMS. AND, IT WORKS TO PROVIDE CITIZENS THE OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN CONTINUOUSLY.
