IN ADDITION, THIS PROJECT WILL INCLUDE SCREENING FOR SNAP AND WIC ELIGIBILITY TO PROMOTE AND IMPROVE PARTICIPATION IN THESE PROGRAMS AND SCREENING FOR FOOD INSECURITY AND LINKAGE WITH A LOCAL FOOD PANTRY TO INCREASE YEAR ROUND ACCESS TO PRODUCE. THIS PROJECT WILL BE IMPLEMENTED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY OF AURORA FARMER'S MARKET AND COLLABORATION WITH EAST AURORA SCHOOL DISTRICT 131 AND AURORA INTERFAITH FOOD PANTRY.
