IN RECOGNIZING ITS PURPOSE AS CHRISTIAN HIGHER EDUCATION FOR LIFE AND SERVICE IN CHURCH AND SOCIETY, GCU STRIVES FOR EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES EMBODYING THE PRINCIPLE THAT BOTH MINISTERIAL AND SOCIETAL VOCATIONS INVOLVE THE GIFTS AND CALLING OF GOD. GCU IS COMMITTED TO THE PERSONAL, SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL AND INTELLECTUAL GROWTH OF ALL ITS STUDENTS. THE UNIVERSITY WILL ACCOMPLISH ITS MISSION THROUGH EMPHASIZING AND SUPPORTING EXCELLENCE IN TEACHING AND RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES, AS WELL AS IN THE ANCILLARY ACTIVITIES OF THE ENTIRE INSTITUTION.
