THE MISSION OF THE SAGINAW COUNTY COMMUNITY ACTION COMMITTEE, INC. IS TO FULLY PARTICIPATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING, IMPLEMENTATION, AND EVALUATION OF PROGRAMS TO SERVE LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION WILL SERVE AS A PROACTIVE AND DEDICATED COMMUNITY.
