SPECIFIC INITIATIVES INVOLVE LEAN MANUFACTURING PRINCIPLES, QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, SIX SIGMA METHODOLOGIES, AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TAILORED TO ADDRESS INDUSTRY NEEDS. THE CENTER WILL ALSO EMPHASIZE MARKET INTELLIGENCE, HELPING MANUFACTURERS ASSESS NEW MARKETS, IDENTIFY BUSINESS PROSPECTS, AND IMPLEMENT AI-DRIVEN DIGITIZATION SOLUTIONS.
