THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES FUNDING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A LONG RANGEMANAGEMENT PLAN, IMPLEMENTATION OF MULTIPLE YEARS OF INVASIVE SPECIES CONTROL, PLANTING OF NATIVE SPECIES INRESTORATION AREAS, AND MAINTENANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF TRAILS. THESE ACTIVITIES WILL BE COORDINATED WITH THE USFISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE AS A PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE SERVICE WILL ALSO BE COORDINATING WITH THETITTABAWASSEE RIVER NATURAL RESOURCE TRUSTEE COUNCIL AND THE SAGINAW BAY NATURAL RESOURCE TRUSTEE COUNCIL ONAPPROVALS OF MAJOR MILESTONES AND DELIVERABLES AS THE FUNDING FOR THIS AGREEMENT IS BEING PROVIDED BY THETRUSTEES PURSUANT TO THE TITTABAWASSEE RIVER SAGINAW RIVER AND BAY NATURAL RESOURCE TRUSTEE COUNCILS FINALSUPPLEMENTAL RESTORATION PLAN AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT. THE WORK BEING DONE THROUGH THIS AGREEMENT WILL BUILD ON THE SAGINAW RIVER AND BAY SETTLEMENT FOR NATURAL RESOURCE DAMAGES BY CONTINUING TO IMPROVE HABITATS IN THEVICINITY OF THE SAGANING RIVER PROPERTY THAT WAS ACQUIRED BY THE SAGINAW CHIPPEWA INDIAN TRIBE OF MICHIGAN AS APART OF THAT SETTLEMENT.
