THE NETWORK WILL SUPPORT COLLABORATIVE INSTRUCTION, RESEARCH, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND PUBLIC SERVICE; FACILITATE ACCESS TO REGIONAL AND NATIONAL NETWORKS AND HENCE TO NATIONAL RESOURCES SUCH AS SUPERCOMPUTER CENTERS; AND GENERALLY SUPPORT THE EDUCATION, SERVICE AND RESEARCH MISSION OF THE MEMBERS.
